Reservations and Cancellations

To avoid disappointment we recommend you book ahead. Spa treatment hours are 10am – 6pm and reception hours are 10am-4pm. Open on Sundays by appointment only.

A $15 service charge applies for all guests on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Credit card details will be requested to confirm your booking with us. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a full charge for the missed service. Cancellations of packages require 48 hours notice. All treatments may be subject to availability.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill in your consultation card. If you are running late please advise reception as soon as conveniently possible, unfortunately late arrival will affect your treatment time.

Hamman Steam room

Complimentary Hamman steam room sessions can be booked with any spa treatment, please advise reception if you wish to use book a steam time.

Attire and Valuables

Please wear comfortable clothing. Robes will be provided for your convenience. We request that jewellery not be worn and valuables not be brought to the spa, as management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables.

Group Bookings

We cater for spa parties and group bookings, please contact the day spa manager by email for any large booking enquiries.

Health Considerations and Pregnancy

Our therapists will advise you pre treatment as to what services they feel appropriate for you. Please notify our staff upon booking of any health concerns that may affect your treatment so we can best provide for your needs.

Etiquette

For the comfort of all please switch off mobiles and keep noise to a minimum.
