Please find below some information that will help with making your booking.

Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time we recommend you book ahead.
Spa hours are 10am – 6pm, 7 days a week. Please phone 02 4455 3044 or dial “9” if in-house. A valid credit card number is required to secure booking.

Arrival time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time or 30 minutes prior if you wish to use the outdoor spa.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment time this time will be deducted from your treatment so that we do not keep others waiting.

Cancellations

24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a full charge for the missed service. Cancellation of packages and group bookings require 48 hours notice.

Male Clients

Please let reception know if you prefer a firm massage so that the appropriate therapist is assigned to you. If you are booked in for a face treatment we do recommend that you shave a few hours before your treatment.

Privacy

During body treatments disposable underwear will be provided. Therapists will keep you draped with towels at the appropriate times.

Pregnancy

We cater to the mother to be with special attention to keep you comfortable at all times. Pregnancy Massage is available as well as a large range of other specialised treatments (see the maternity menu for more information). During the first trimester it is recommended that you avoid all spa treatments. After this period please avoid steam, the outdoor spa, full body wraps and Hot Rock massage.

Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies on all treatments Sundays and Public Holidays.

What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothing. Robes will be provided for your convenience. It is suggested that jewellery not be worn as management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables.

Outdoor spa

You are welcome to use the outdoor spa prior to your treatment. Swimwear must be worn. Please advise at the time of making your appointment if you would like to arrange this.

Special consideration

Please take time to fill out the client card and notify your therapist of any health concerns that may affect your treatment.

Contraindications

High Blood Pressure and Low Blood Pressure effect Wraps, Steam, and Hot Rock Massage.

Etiquette

For the comfort of all please switch off mobiles and keep noise to a minimum.
