Unique and modern, Bannisters boasts incomparable conference facilities. The refurbished Tasman Room is bathed in natural light with two ocean view balconies for breaks. The Functions Team works closely with you in the preparation of your event ensuring all your needs are catered for. Half Day Conference Package $65pp and Full Day $85pp.

Weddings

A wedding at Bannisters is a truly memorable experience. The ocean view Tasman Room seats up to 90 guests or cocktail style for up to 100 guests. You and your guests will be able to enjoy sole use of Banisters during your stay and this will ensure it’s a celebration that is never to be forgotten.

Group functions

Bannisters is also available for private functions. The Garden Room (a section of the main restaurant) and Tasman Room are available depending on the type of function and needs. Contact the Functions Manager for more information.
