James and Justin will be showing images from their expeditions, and there will be a Q & A at the close of the dinner.

We are thrilled to present An Evening with Rick Stein again this year. Hosted by Rick Stein, the evening starts with canapés and champagne in the pool bar, followed by a three course meal of delectable seafood fastidiously prepared the ‘Rick Stein way’ in Rick Stein at Bannisters Restaurant on 27th May. Enjoy a wonderful dinner-party style evening. A very special inclusion will be to attend one of two cooking demonstrations with Rick the following day (on Monday 28th May) at Rick’s private beachhouse nearby... and to taste the results!
